Christmas Market Engagement Shoot in Flims, Switzerland | Coira-based Photographer

As a photographer based in Coira, Switzerland, I’ve had the privilege of capturing beautiful moments in this stunning city and its surrounding areas. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a lovely married couple who have a special connection to the Christmas markets. They first met at one of these magical markets, and we decided to celebrate their story with a Christmas market photo shoot.

Originally, we planned to have the session in Chur, which is known for its historical charm and scenic beauty. However, after discovering that the nearby town of Flims also had its own Christmas market, we decided to switch locations. The Flims Christmas market offered a cozy and festive atmosphere, making it the perfect backdrop for their intimate photoshoot.

The holiday spirit at the Flims market provided a vibrant, yet romantic setting. The twinkling lights, the aroma of seasonal treats, and the cozy stalls filled with Christmas goodies made this the ideal location for capturing beautiful moments. We made the most of the winter scenery, the snow-capped mountains, and the festive decorations that only Switzerland’s charming Christmas markets can offer.

It was such a joy to witness how the couple interacted with each other amid the holiday buzz, and I was able to capture genuine moments that they will cherish forever.
